The Program
What exactly is Flora Academy?
Flora Academy is a mentorship program built on nineteen books — eleven by Isaac Mushonga and eight by Phumla Mushonga. It gives employed professionals the specific tools, strategy, and accountability to understand the gap between what they generate and what they keep — and to build their way out of it. It is not a motivation program. It is a plan.
What is the difference between Tier One and Tier Two?
Tier One is a ten-week self-paced digital course — the understanding. It names the gap, exposes the mechanisms, shifts the mindset, builds the plan. $1,000 one-time. Full access for ten weeks, closing on certificate. Tier Two is six months of direct one on one mentorship with both Isaac and Phumla — the execution. For the person ready to be held accountable for building their way out. $1,600. Enroll immediately.
Do I need to complete Tier One before enrolling in Tier Two?
No — but it is strongly recommended. Tier One graduates enter Tier Two through Track A with an adjusted session sequence based on what Tier One already produced. Direct enrollees enter through Track B. Both tracks work. Tier One graduates typically move faster in early sessions because the foundational understanding is already in place.
Is this program right for me if I am not yet ready to leave my job?
Yes — and Tier One was specifically designed for people who are still employed. The strategy is deliberate: use the salary as runway, the network as the first client pipeline, and build the bridge before you walk across it. You do not need to be ready to leave. You need to be ready to see clearly.
Tier One - Wake Up
How does Tier One work?
Tier One is a ten-week structured program. Each week contains a video lesson, a book extract, a written lesson module, four workbook exercises, and a real-world assignment. You work at your own pace. Each week unlocks only after you complete the previous one — the sequence matters and is enforced.
How much time does Tier One require each week?
Approximately three to four hours per week. One to two hours for the video and written module. One hour for workbook exercises. The remaining time for the real-world assignment — which is an actual action taken in the real world before the next week begins, not a reflection exercise.
What is Week 9 and why is it different?
Week 9 is Phumla’s session. It addresses what happens to capable people inside toxic or diminishing corporate environments and the identity cost of staying in them. It is the only week Isaac does not present. It addresses the part of the journey that no financial calculation reaches.
How long do I have access to the program?
Tier One is a one-time payment of $1,200. You have full access to all content — all ten weeks, all video modules, all workbooks, all book extracts — for the duration of the program. Access closes when your certificate is issued on Week Ten completion. This creates the right urgency to complete the program fully and take decisive action while the content is fresh.
Tier Two - Own
How does Tier Two work?
Tier Two is twelve sessions across six months. Sessions are bi-weekly — every two weeks. Each session is ninety minutes direct with both Isaac and Phumla. Between sessions clients have direct messaging access. Before each session, clients complete pre-session preparation questions inside the platform. After each session they record their commitment and return with the outcome at the next session.
What happens if I miss a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Reschedules within 48 hours without prior notice are not guaranteed. The expectation is that Tier Two clients treat each session as a professional commitment — because it is.
Pricing And Enrollment
Is there a payment plan?
Contact us directly at mentorship@floraacademyonline.com to discuss payment arrangements. We will not turn away the right person for a financial reason alone — but we also cannot work with people who are not financially stable enough to sustain the transition the programme is designed to support.
Is there a refund policy?
Tier One: if you complete fewer than three weeks and feel the programme is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of enrollment for a full refund. After Week Three, no refunds are issued. Tier Two: no refunds after Session One.
How do I access the program after enrolling?
After enrolling in Tier One, you receive your unique access code by email and log in to the Tier One platform. For Tier Two, your access code is sent immediately after enrollment and payment confirmation.
